Here is another delicious Dinner idea you can fix with minimum ingredients and very little amount of time. Isn't it what we all want... Delicious Dinners in minimum amount of time?! Fix a packed with nutrients quick and easy dinner in less then 20min prep time!

Ingredients:

Pastry for double crust pie

1lb lean ground beef, turkey, or chicken (cooked and drained)

2cups frozen mixed vegetables

1 can fat free condensed cream of onion, or celery soup

1/2tsp pepper

 

Preheat oven to 400F

Line a 9in pie plate with bottom pastry; trim pastry even with edge. In a large bowl, combine meat, vegetables, soup and pepper. Spoon into crust.

Roll out the remaining pastry to fit top of the pie. Place over filling; trim, seal and flute edges. Cut slits on top.

 

Bake in preheated oven for 30-35min or until crust is golden brown. Take out of the oven and let it sit 10-15min (caution even after it sits out for 10-15min, it will still be very hot!). Enjoy!
